COVERMATE 1 SPA COVER LIFTER
Covermate I's unique design allows the spa cover to be easily removed and stored. In the open position, the spa cover stands approximately half way above the spa lip, while requiring as little as 10" clearance behind the spa.
7 Versions Available: Standard, Extended Pivot Arm, Extended Bracket for large radius corners, & four specialized versions for Arctic, Coleman (400/700 series), Master, and Sundance Spas.
Standard:
The standard Covermate 1 kit is compatible with most spas up to 96" x 96" with radius corners of 12" or less and cut corners of 16" or less.
Extended Pivot Arm:
The extended pivot arm version is for spas that are over 96" long on the side that is split in half by the cover's fold. If your spa cover is more than 48" wide when folded in half, you will need to order the extended pivot arm Covermate 1.
Extended Bracket for large radius corners:
This version is offered for spas with radii over 12" and up to 20". Many Marquis and Dimension One spas have radius corners larger than 12" and may need this version.
Extended Coupler option:
For spa covers whose hinges measure more than 96" long, an extended coupler is required. The same coupler (45LC9991) is compatible with both the Covermate 1 and Covermate 3.
Arctic Spas Version:
The specialized Arctic Spas version of the Covermate 1 has a customized metal mounting bracket instead of the standard molded plastic bracket that is designed for the cabinets of Arctic Spas. This design accommodates the larger radii on the corners of Arctic Spas and allows the bracket to go around the radius a bit as it is installed. Compatible with Arctic and Coyote Spas.
Coleman 400/700 Series Version:
The specialized Coleman Spas version of the Covermate 1 has a customized metal mounting bracket instead of the standard molded plastic bracket that is designed for the cabinets of Coleman 400 and 700 series spas (manufactured by Maax). This design accommodates the larger radii on the corners found on these spas and allows the bracket to go around the radius a bit as it is installed. The Coleman 300 series spas can easily use the standard Covermate 1.
Master Spas Swim Spas Version:
This specialized version of the Covermate 1 is designed to allow the lifter's bracket to fit flush against the skirt design of a Master Spa. It has a customized metal mounting bracket instead of the standard molded plastic bracket that is designed for the cabinets of Master Spas swim spas older than 2014. Master's OEM sku for this unit is X225701.
Sundance Spas Version:
The specialized Sundance Spas version of the Covermate 1 has a customized metal mounting bracket instead of the standard molded plastic bracket that is designed for the cabinets of Sundance and Sweetwater Spas. Though we are unable to carry the Clearwater Spas Covermate 1 due to not being a dealer, this Sundance version is identical to the Clearwater version. Also, the simple straight-forward design of the bracket fits almost any spa and can be a solution for those looking for a metal bracket Covermate 1 instead of the standard kit that comes with the plastic bracket. This design accommodates the location of the access doors on the Sundance and Sweetwater spas.
